Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm there is nothing better than fresh garden produce picked seconds before you wash it, spin and toss that salad! We are enjoying lettuce, radishes, beets, rhubarb, spinach, swiss chard, cabbage and broccoli.And I just bottled apricot nectar this morning. I so enjoy gardening . . . the fresh air, sunshine, cool earth beneath my hands and growing things all around!

I'm so jealous! We really wanted to plant a garden this year. But even more, I didn't want to construct an electric fence to keep the deer, racoons, skunks and rabbits out. Maybe in our next home... Looks like you've got a great harvest already!
